I offer Kundalini Ecstatic Dance Journeys, Yoga and Pranayama Classes, Reiki Trainings, and one on one Shamanic Healing Sessions, in-person and long-distance. In Ecstatic Dance, we let go of form and open to guidance that flows from within, allowing for spontaneous movement and sound...inspiring a fun authentic experience on and off the dance floor! My classes are a balance of technique and freedom, creating a sacred space for one’s inner essence to express. Psychic development is nourished! Radical self-care, fearlessness, and connectedness are anchored. In Shamanic Healing Sessions, we tune into the amazing energy ecosystem to purify, nourish, balance, lift the vibration, and awaken the vast intelligence of our Earth Body Temple.
